We owe J Square a special thanks for taking on our project, since we made the mistake of working with a competitor who turned out to be less reputable than they represented themselves as. The competitor left us with a project partially completed and workmanship that was far less than the quality we had anticipated. Having J Square step in and make the necessary corrections was much appreciated. But we appreciate more the fact you found far greater issues than we knew existed, and made corrections of these potentially catastrophic structural defects in addition to performing quality work. I would like to thank Josh and Mike Blair for their hard work and customer support for our four (4) projects. The G. family is very happy with the quality of the workmanship put into the house addition(s). During the bidding process it was Mike B. that had the great ideas and worked with us to get ideas just right and got drawings changed right away so we could see our vision. Other contractors just wanted to send an e-mail with no detail. With both of us coming from an engineering background, we understand the importance of deadlines and control of contractor support. Mike and Josh’s support of our expectations made it an easier renovation and quicker! While we can see other contractors in the area still working on house renovations (some that started earlier than our four projects), we are complete.
